Thank you for shopping at Aviora Gift ! We are committed to delivering your orders safely, securely, and on time. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.
- Order Processing & Production Time (Processing Time)
Customized Products (e.g., Photo Frames, Mugs, Gifts): Since these items are specially personalized according to your preferences, they require extra care. Production and packaging take 3 to 5 working days before they are ready to ship. - Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order is dispatched from our center, the approximate delivery timelines are as follows: 5 to 7 days.
Note: Standard delays may occur during public holidays, major festivals, or due to extreme weather conditions and courier network disruptions. - Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the delivery location. - Order Tracking
As soon as your package is handed over to our courier partner, we will send a Tracking Link and ID to your registered mobile number (via WhatsApp/SMS) or Email. You can use this link to track the live location of your parcel. - Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for standard, non-customized products. Additional COD fees may apply as charged by the courier service.
Important Note: We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for personalized gifts or custom photo frames made with your specific photos or names. Since these items are custom-made for you and cannot be resold, 100% advance online payment is mandatory to confirm the order. - Damaged or Broken Packages (Damage & Transit Policy)
We use premium, highly secure bubble wrap packaging to ensure maximum safety. However, if any glass or frame gets damaged during transit, we will replace it free of cost under the following conditions:
Unboxing Video Mandatory: You must record a continuous Unboxing Video from start to finish without any cuts or edits while opening the sealed courier package.
Reporting Timeline: If the product is found damaged, please send the unboxing video and photos to our official WhatsApp number or Email within 24 hours of delivery.
Upon verification of the video, we will dispatch a brand-new replacement product to you at no extra cost.
