Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Aviora Gift! We strive to provide you with the best products and customer experience. Since we deal in personalized and custom-made products, please read our cancellation, return, and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Cancellation Policy
Standard (Non-Customized) Products: You can cancel your order within 1 hours of placing it, whichever comes first. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Customized Products (e.g., Photo Frames, Mugs, Personalized Gifts): Because these items are specially crafted with your unique photos, names, or designs, orders for customized products cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances once payment is confirmed. Production begins immediately to ensure timely delivery.

2. Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, we follow a strict “No Return / No Exchange” policy. However, we will gladly offer a free replacement in the following specific cases:
Wrong Product Received: If we mistakenly sent the wrong size, wrong item, or misspelled a name/photo from our end.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a replacement for damage or wrong items, you must provide a clear Unboxing Video. The video must be recorded continuously from start to finish without any cuts, edits, or pauses, showing the opening of the original sealed courier packaging. This video must be shared with us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Without an unboxing video, no claims will be entertained.

3. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved (applicable only for valid standard product cancellations or approved disputes):
The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Bank Account, or Card) within 5 to 7 working days.
Note: Payment gateway charges and shipping fees may be deducted from the final refund amount depending on the case.

4. No Refunds or Replacements Will Be Issued If:
The customer provides an incorrect delivery address, incomplete pin code, or wrong phone number, resulting in a failed delivery.
The customer sends low-quality, blurry, or low-resolution photos for customization, resulting in poor print quality.

The customer fails to provide a valid, uncut unboxing video within the 24-hour window.
