Terms and Conditions

​Welcome to Aviora Gift. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing our products or services. By using our services or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

​1. Customization Policy
​Accuracy of Information: The customer is fully responsible for providing accurate photos, names, spellings, and text for customized products (e.g., photo frames, ID cards, gifts). No changes will be entertained once the design is finalized and sent for production.
​Design Approval: A preview of the design will be shared with the customer for approval before final printing. The business will not be held responsible for any errors or mistakes noticed after the customer has given explicit approval.

​2. Payment & Orders
​Advance Payment: full payment is mandatory to initiate any customized order.
​Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once the designing or printing process has begun. In such cases, the advance payment will be strictly non-refundable.

​3. Delivery & Turnaround Time
​Processing Time: Custom products generally require 3 to 7 working days from the date of design approval to be completed. This duration may vary depending on the complexity of the order.
​Delivery Delays: The business shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery caused by natural disasters, technical failures, or courier partner delays.

​4. Return & Refund Policy
​No Returns/Refunds: Since customized products are specially crafted based on individual preferences, items once sold cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
​Damaged Products: If a product is delivered in a damaged condition by our team or courier partner, the customer must report it within 24 hours of delivery along with unboxing photos/videos. A replacement or repair will be provided after verification.

​5. Privacy & Data Protection
​Data Privacy: Personal photos, details, and information provided by customers will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party.
​Promotional Use: The business reserves the right to use photos or videos of the finished products for social media marketing and promotional purposes (unless explicitly requested otherwise by the customer).

​6. Jurisdiction
​Any legal disputes, claims, or matters arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Partur, Maharashtra.
